Obstacle

What it means

“Obstacle”: used with signs 4.2.1 – 4.2.3 to show the obstacle and the direction for passing it. The plates are installed directly below the signs with which they are used. If the signs are installed above the carriageway, shoulder or pavement, plates 8.2.2 - 8.2.4 and 8.13 may be installed beside the sign.
